IMAYITI FESTIFOTO, 1ST EDITION
Atizay is proud to join forces with Kolektif Fotograf Ayisyen (KFAY) for the inaugural edition of Imayiti FestiFoto—a photography festival taking place in Port-au-Prince from August 13–19, 2025.
Rooted in our mission to uplift Black visual artists and deepen community connections, this collaboration centers Haitian photographers as powerful storytellers of culture, identity, and everyday life.
To extend the impact beyond Haiti, Atizay is curating a special virtual 3D exhibition, available from August 13 to September 28 featuring select works from the festival. This digital gallery invites audiences everywhere to engage with the richness of Haitian photography and support the artists who make it possible.
Together, we honor the legacy, vision, and voice of Haitian image-makers—creating a space where art becomes a form of cultural preservation, empowerment, and celebration.
