Born in Anriquet, in southern Haiti, Carlin Trezil is a passionate photographer who has dedicated his career to capturing the essence and soul of his subjects.

Since beginning his practice in 2015, Carlin has developed a unique style marked by deep sensitivity to detail and a strong command of contrast—especially in his black-and-white work.

Inspired by natural landscapes and Haiti’s rich culture, Carlin quickly found in photography a powerful means of expression, one capable of telling stories and evoking emotions.
