TISSE KERVENS

Born on June 7, 2000, in Haiti, Tissé Kervens is a journalist, fashion photographer, videographer, and host of the show Folie Fashion Entertainment. His artistic journey is rooted in the vibrant world of Haitian fashion, where he quickly refined his vision by capturing the elegance of movement and bodily expression. Photography soon became his personal language—an open space for creation and reflection.

With his project Monochrome Autoportrait, Tissé Kervens has developed a distinctive visual universe blending introspection and aesthetics. He explores the contrasts of black and white, bodily structure, the poetry of expressions, and floral symbolism—appearing both in front of and behind the camera. Each image becomes a fragment of thought, a suspended emotion, a message without words.

His work embodies a deeply engaged and sensitive artistic approach, where imagery becomes memory, resistance, and beauty. Through this lens, he invites an intimate dialogue with the world—one where identity, the body, and silence take center stage.
